You’re not always going to get support from your brain when it comes to thinking positive thoughts. In fact, most of the time you’ll feel the natural pull towards negativity.

Affirmations can interrupt the process of internal self-sabotage by providing some resistance to the thoughts that keep you stuck, unhappy, and afraid.
